We know that collectibles take some extra care when packing and shipping! Ever since 2016 we’ve been known to to the extra mile.
Funko Pop wrapped in bubblewrap. Extra recycled paper padding sturdy boxes of course. We’ve even been known to pack items already in shipperboxes (like Master Craft) one more time, just to be safe.
We’re always looking to improve and innovate our methods. If you have feedback for us, be sure to let us know!
Despite our best efforts, it might happen that an item arrives damages. Please be sure to report any damages within 5 days!
Shipping is calculated during check out.
We ship to most countries within the EU. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Product size and weight play a major part in these costs. To give you a general indication we’ve compiled a list. Please note that larger, heavier or more expensive items may have higher shipping cost!

Returns within 14 days
We offer a 14 day return policy. Please read the following carefully, because there are a few exeptions.
If you’ve bought something that was in stock and not on the list of exeptions, you have 14 days to change your mind and ask to return the item.
Shipping the item back to us is always at your own cost.
Pre-orders: We’ll order the item for you once you place a pre-order. Because of this, the items may not be returned.
Edibles: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on edibles.
Mystery products: Due to the nature of these products, they are excluded from the legal return policy.
Chase chance products: In order to prevent abuse, Items that have a rare variaty (like a chase) option are excluded from returns.
Personalized items: If an item has been personilzed for you, it can’t be returned. This includes giftwrap. You may return the item, but the giftwrap can’t be re-used so won’t be refunded.
How to return your order
- Open your account.
- Go to Orders.
- View the order that you wish to return.
- Click the “Request to return my order” button.
- You are asked for a reason. 14 day return policy is an option.
- Submit request.
If your order qualifies for a return we will accept your request. Please be sure that you follow these rules:
- You’ve asked for your return within 14 days.
- Always return your entire order.
- Pack everything the same way it was deliverd to you.
- Everything is in new condition.
- Shipping cost to us are not refunded.
If we receive everything as it should be, you will receive your refund within 5 business days. If we receive a partial return we won’t cover shipping cost.
